Terms of Use
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
Welcome to the website of Tapestry Workforce Strategy, LLC (“Tapestry Workforce Strategy,” “TWS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, programs, coaching services, information sessions, webinars, community spaces, templates, artificial intelligence prompts, presentations, recordings, downloadable resources, and other materials or services we make available.
By accessing our website, submitting a form, registering for an event or program, purchasing services, or using our materials, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility
Our website, programs, and services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
By using the website or registering for a TWS program or service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into an agreement.
2. Educational and Career-Development Purpose
TWS provides career coaching, career education, professional-development guidance, job-search strategy, artificial intelligence training, templates, tools, and related resources.
Our services and materials are intended for educational and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for legal, tax, financial, medical, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice.
TWS does not act as an employer, staffing agency, recruiting firm, placement agency, attorney, financial adviser, therapist, or government agency unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
3. No Employment or Career Outcome Guarantee
Participation in a TWS program or use of our services does not guarantee:
- A job interview
- A job offer
- Employment or continued employment
- A promotion
- Admission into a program
- A particular salary or compensation level
- Increased income
- A specific job-search timeline
- Acceptance of a résumé or application
- Any other professional or financial outcome
Career outcomes depend on numerous factors outside TWS’s control, including the participant’s qualifications, experience, effort, follow-through, communication, labor-market conditions, employer decisions, geographic location, compensation expectations, and use of the strategies provided.
Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises that another participant will achieve the same result. Testimonials must be truthful and cannot be used to make claims that a business could not lawfully make directly.
4. Participant Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for your career decisions, job applications, professional communications, employment negotiations, use of artificial intelligence, and implementation of any recommendations.
You are responsible for:
- Reviewing all documents before submitting them
- Confirming that your résumé, LinkedIn profile, applications, and interview responses are accurate
- Verifying information produced by artificial intelligence tools
- Protecting confidential employer, client, and personal information
- Complying with employer policies and applicable laws
- Deciding whether a particular opportunity, strategy, or recommendation is appropriate for you
TWS may provide guidance, feedback, examples, and strategic recommendations, but all final decisions remain yours.
5. Artificial Intelligence Tools and Content
TWS may teach participants how to use third-party artificial intelligence platforms and may provide prompts, frameworks, demonstrations, or AI-assisted materials.
Artificial intelligence systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or fabricated information. You must independently review and verify AI-generated content before relying on, publishing, or submitting it.
You agree not to enter confidential, proprietary, legally protected, employer-owned, or highly sensitive personal information into an artificial intelligence platform unless you have authority to do so and understand the platform’s privacy practices.
TWS does not control third-party AI platforms and is not responsible for their availability, output, security, terms, pricing, data practices, or performance.
6. Registration and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when registering for an event, program, consultation, or other service.
You may not:
- Register under a false identity
- Impersonate another person
- Provide misleading payment or contact information
- Share private access links or account credentials
- Allow an unauthorized person to use your program access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials, meeting links, portal access, or private materials provided to you.
7. Payments and Program Access
When payment is required, the full program fee must be paid before the participant may begin the program or access paid program services, unless TWS has approved a written payment arrangement.
A registration is not complete, and a seat is not guaranteed, until all required enrollment steps and payments have been completed.
Pricing, program dates, installment arrangements, and included services will be stated on the applicable registration page, invoice, enrollment agreement, or program description.
8. Cancellations, Refunds, Transfers, and Rescheduling
Participant cancellations
A participant seeking a refund must cancel at least seven calendar days before the scheduled cohort start date.
Cancellations received fewer than seven calendar days before the cohort begins are nonrefundable.
When a cancellation is made fewer than seven days before the cohort start date, TWS may allow the participant to:
- Reserve the amount paid for participation in a future TWS cohort; or
- Transfer the paid seat to another eligible adult participant
Transfers and future-cohort credits are subject to availability, program eligibility, stated deadlines, and written approval from TWS.
Unless TWS agrees otherwise in writing, a future-cohort credit:
- Has no cash value
- Cannot be redeemed for a refund
- Must be used within the timeframe communicated by TWS
- May be applied only to an eligible program
A replacement participant must complete any required registration, acknowledgment, eligibility, and participation steps before attending.
TWS cancellations or schedule changes
TWS may cancel, postpone, reschedule, modify, or combine a cohort when reasonably necessary due to enrollment levels, instructor availability, illness, technology disruptions, emergencies, or other operational circumstances.
When TWS cancels a paid program and does not provide a reasonably comparable replacement, affected participants may be offered:
- A transfer to a future cohort;
- A credit toward another eligible TWS service; or
- A refund of the amount paid for the canceled program
TWS is not responsible for incidental expenses, lost wages, travel costs, equipment purchases, or other indirect costs resulting from a cancellation or schedule change.
9. Attendance, Missed Sessions, and Participation
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and completing any recommended assignments, preparation, or follow-up work.
No refund or prorated credit will be issued because a participant:
- Misses a live session
- Arrives late or leaves early
- Fails to complete assignments
- Stops participating
- Experiences a scheduling conflict
- Does not use available coaching sessions or materials
Recordings, presentation materials, or supplemental resources may be provided when available, but availability is not guaranteed.
TWS does not guarantee private make-up sessions, repeat instruction, or individualized replacement sessions for missed group programming.
10. Coaching Appointments
Participants are responsible for scheduling and attending any individual coaching sessions included with a program within the applicable scheduling window.
Unused appointments may expire if they are not scheduled or completed within the timeframe communicated by TWS.
TWS may establish separate rescheduling, late-arrival, or no-show requirements for individual appointments. Those requirements may appear in a booking confirmation, enrollment agreement, or program communication and will be incorporated into these Terms.
11. Community and Participant Conduct
You agree to communicate respectfully and professionally when participating in TWS programs, live sessions, coaching appointments, online communities, group discussions, events, or website interactions.
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or threats
- Abusive, hateful, obscene, or disruptive behavior
- Bullying or personal attacks
- Soliciting participants without authorization
- Sharing another participant’s personal or career information
- Deliberately disrupting sessions or technology
- Misrepresenting your identity, experience, credentials, or work
- Using TWS services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Violating another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights
TWS may issue a warning, restrict access, remove content, suspend participation, or permanently remove an individual whose conduct violates these Terms or interferes with the safety or experience of others.
A participant removed for misconduct is not entitled to a refund or credit.
12. Privacy, Confidentiality, and Recording
Participants may encounter personal, professional, employment, or career-related information shared by other participants.
You agree not to record, photograph, screenshot, transcribe, distribute, publish, or disclose another participant’s identity, statements, documents, images, résumé information, employment history, or personal circumstances without that person’s express permission and any required permission from TWS.
You may not record a private coaching session, group session, presentation, or community interaction without advance written authorization from TWS and all individuals whose consent may be required.
TWS may record certain sessions for educational, quality, accessibility, or participant-access purposes. When applicable, participants will be notified through the registration materials, meeting notice, or session announcement.
Our collection and use of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual Property
The website and all TWS-created content are owned by or licensed to Tapestry Workforce Strategy, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Protected materials may include:
- AI prompts and prompt libraries
- The SHAPE framework and related instructional materials
- Templates and worksheets
- Presentations and slide decks
- Videos and recordings
- Program curricula
- Coaching exercises
- Career-development frameworks
- Guides, checklists, and workbooks
- Website copy, graphics, branding, and design
- Community resources and downloadable files
Unless TWS provides written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, sell, sublicense, teach, publicly display, modify, create derivative commercial products from, or otherwise exploit TWS materials.
Purchasing or receiving access to a resource gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable right to use it for your own career development.
14. Participant-Created Career Materials
You retain the right to use the individualized career materials created for or by you, such as your:
- Résumé
- Cover letter
- LinkedIn profile content
- Professional biography
- Interview responses
- Networking messages
- Career action plan
- Personal job-search documents
This does not transfer ownership of the underlying TWS templates, frameworks, teaching methods, prompt libraries, proprietary instructions, presentation materials, or program structure used to develop those items.
15. Acceptable Website Use
You may not use the TWS website to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or connected systems
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract website content
- Interfere with website functionality
- Send spam or unauthorized solicitations
- Collect information about other users without permission
- Misrepresent your relationship with TWS
- Use TWS branding or content to suggest an unauthorized endorsement or affiliation
16. Third-Party Platforms and Links
TWS may use or link to third-party platforms, including website hosting, event-registration, scheduling, videoconferencing, email, analytics, client-management, payment, and artificial intelligence services.
These platforms may have separate terms, privacy policies, accessibility practices, and technical requirements.
TWS does not own or control third-party platforms and is not responsible for:
- Their content or availability
- Service interruptions
- Data handling or security
- Changes to their features or pricing
- Their decisions to restrict or terminate access
- Losses caused by a participant’s use of those platforms
Your use of a third-party platform is also subject to that provider’s terms.
17. Testimonials and Feedback
You may choose to provide feedback, reviews, survey responses, or testimonials.
TWS will not prohibit or penalize an individual for expressing an honest opinion about our services. Federal law protects consumers’ ability to share honest reviews, including negative reviews.
TWS will not publicly use your name, image, résumé, story, testimonial, or identifiable results for marketing without permission when consent is legally or contractually required.
Any separate testimonial or media release will govern the authorized use of that material.
18. Website Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the website, program, resource, or service at any time.
We do not guarantee that:
- The website will always be available
- The website will be error-free or uninterrupted
- All information will remain current
- Every feature will work with every browser or device
- Materials will remain available indefinitely
We may correct errors, update content, or revise program descriptions without prior notice.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, programs, services, and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
TWS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, noninfringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
20. Limitation of Liability — Attorney Review Recommended
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TWS and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, services, programs, third-party platforms, or materials.
This includes, without limitation, alleged losses involving employment opportunities, income, wages, business opportunities, data, reputation, time, or reliance on information or AI-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TWS’s total liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid TWS for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions restrict contractual limitations of liability. This provision applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.
21. Indemnification — Attorney Review Recommended
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TWS and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website or services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of another person’s rights
- Information or materials you submit, publish, or distribute
- Your misuse of AI-generated content or third-party platforms
This provision should be reviewed by a Colorado-licensed attorney before publication.
22. Informal Dispute Resolution — Attorney Review Recommended
Before initiating a lawsuit, the party raising a dispute should provide written notice describing:
- The nature of the dispute
- The relevant facts
- The requested resolution
- Supporting documentation, when applicable
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days after receipt of the notice.
Notices to TWS should be sent to info@tapestryworkforce.com unless another legal-notice address is later provided.
This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief when reasonably necessary to protect confidential information, intellectual property, safety, or legal rights.
23. Governing Law and Venue — Attorney Review Recommended
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and any jurisdictional requirements that cannot be waived, legal proceedings arising from these Terms will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Colorado.
Because forum-selection, liability, indemnification, mediation, and arbitration provisions can materially affect legal rights, TWS should have a Colorado-licensed business attorney determine whether informal resolution, mediation, court litigation, or binding arbitration is most appropriate before final publication.
Colorado’s Attorney General enforces state and federal consumer-protection laws, so the published payment, cancellation, refund, and advertising terms should remain clear and consistent across the website, enrollment agreement, invoices, and marketing materials.
24. Termination of Access
TWS may suspend or terminate access to the website, programs, communities, or materials when a user:
- Violates these Terms
- Engages in misconduct
- Fails to make a required payment
- Shares restricted materials or access credentials
- Threatens the security or rights of TWS or another person
- Uses the services unlawfully
Sections concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions that logically survive termination will remain in effect.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
An unenforceable provision will be interpreted or limited as closely as legally possible to reflect its intended purpose.
26. No Waiver
A failure by TWS to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable enrollment agreement, invoice, program description, media release, or written service agreement, constitute the agreement governing your use of the applicable website, program, or service.
When a separately signed agreement directly conflicts with these Terms, the separately signed agreement will control for the subject addressed in that agreement.
28. Changes to These Terms
TWS may update these Terms to reflect changes in its programs, services, technology, policies, or legal obligations.
The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
